Who am I?

  • I'm Celian, a 19 year old developper and entrepreneur from France, passionate about programming, physics, mathematics, finance, real estate and fitness.
  • I'm studying to become a software engineer at school 42 while attending Sorbonne university for a degree in pure and applied mathematics, with hopes of doing research in the fields of number theory and computability when I graduate.

What I do:

  • Well, I do a lot of things. I've always loved learning and building news things. I code almost every day on many projects (most of which are open source). I love making useful code, code that has a purpose.
  • I also make STEM videos on YouTube. Mathematics and science as a whole has been a passion for me for a very long time, and trying to teach others about what I'm learning is very gratifying. I try to live a healthy lifestyle; I go to the gym almost daily and I run twice a week. I've come to be able to bench 115kg, squat 160kg and deadlift 220kg.

What I've done;

  • Freelance software writing for 3 years.
  • Saving and investing most if not all my money.

How I did it:

  • I have read many books and watched countless videos on finance. They have all taught me what to do, and how to do it best.

What I plan to do:

  • I plan on trying out many business models to what I can get to work for me.
  • I also plan on saving as much money as I can and invest in real estate.
  • I want to share my journey on YouTube to keep me motivated.

As a Helioentropist;

For the sciences are means to live; poetries are reasons to fathom this living.

What is a Helioentropist?

I remember reading Yukio Mishima's Sun and Steel and being absolutely overwhelmed. Realising that I had come to neglect my physical stature, all in unfruitful hopes of intellectual endeavors made me somewhat uneasy. It was there, one a photon drenched ship in Greece, as he said, that I had assisted to the tragedy of all beings. The one where you realise that there is a whole other dimension in existence, one where your body is absolute, where words do not corrode, where empiricism reigns supreme. It is thus the Helios part of the word; to bear with absolutes.
And by entropy, I still believe that one cannot feel the sun without feeling the entropy of words. Where you will be forever hoping for better worlds. Combining both, is to me, the best way to live out life

What I've written

As a heads up, I mostly write in French; but here are some of the poems, letters and essays I have written:
